Warranty & Service Policy
The warranty scope of Sunshine Energy Technology Machines are valid for 1 year after the customers receive the products except for the defect of the High Temperature Rapid Cooling Machine.
Products within the warranty period will not be covered by the warranty under the following circumstances:
1. Human error, improper operation, arbitrary modification, customer self-calibration, unauthorized disassembly and maintenance behavior, then this limited warranty expires immediately.
2.Natural disasters such as lightning strikes and floods, high voltage or customer abuse are not covered by the warranty.
Users of Sunshine Energy Technology cooling machines should follow the contents of the equipment maintenance guidance documents , and perform routine maintenance and general cleaning, so as to avoid possible malfunctions caused by the user’s environment.
In the product warranty service items that may occur, if the product fails because the necessary routine cleaning and maintenance is not performed, this human improper use will be excluded from the warranty.
After-sale Service Process
1.We will ask our customers the operation of hight temperature quick cooling machine and understand their needs.
2.If there are any problems of the machine, we will send you the elements by FedEx or DHL as soon as possible.
3.Cell phone videos, streaming videos, pictures user’s manual will help our customers easier to understand.
