Nowadays, the common cooling method adopted by the industry is nothing more than natural cooling of the whole pail of boiled scented tea, cooling with water, and even adding ice cubes to the tea. Too much pail space prevents the industry from using the kitchen effectively. A longer cooling time means more bacteria, dust, loss of the aroma of ingredients, and the risk of personal burns.
